By commissioning me means you read and agree to my Terms of Service
RIGHTS/USAGE
I won't draw everything exactly like the references you provide. (poses especially)
If you start asking for more than what was planned for your commission I might ask for more payment if I'm having to spend extra time on it (this goes for changes as well).
I reserve the right to share your commission publicly on social media platforms and streaming (Unless paid the NDA Privacy Fee).
Commissions are for personal use and commercial use only, BUT NOT merchandise use unless discussed and the merchandise use fee is paid: +100% fee
You can request that I keep your name anonymous when posting on my socials. If you prefer I tag you, or if you go by a username/nickname let me know
You can use your emotes in Discord, Twitch or Youtube. Or any other platform you find you can use your custom emotes with.
You can credit me, or attribute your emotes on your Twitch to me, the artist (not mandatory, but is much appreciated).
Turn around time for a commission can be anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks (However, it might depend on your order and the Work Queue).
I reserve the right to turn down any commission
Monetized/Commcercial Use: Streaming, advertising, posting online, promoting yourself and the artistMerchandise Use: Selling physical, digtal items like stickers, prints, posters, clothes, home decor, stationery, etc: profit that comes from the art itself
COMMUNICATION
Turn around time can take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks (depending on your order and my queue.)
Please note that I may not work in the exact order that the Work Queue is sorted in.
I will let you know of any delays or setbacks.
The rough draft stage is the only time you can make major revisions/changes.
You can contact me for updates on your commission.
I will send you updates on your commission (if it's NOT a skeb/surprise me comm.)
Make sure all necessary information, reference and details are clear and provided.
Failing to read and meet requirments of my offered commission services may result to rejecting the commission request.

PAYMENT
If you are ordering outside of Vgen, Etsy, you can pay 100% upfront OR a payment plan. But a payment must be made before I start anything. Payment is through Paypal
Extra fees will apply: NDA (Privacy), merchandise use, variations, design complexity, additional characters, animation complexity, revisions AFTER the rough mock up stage or when commission is completed, and asking for more than what was originally discussed.
Make sure you want to commission me as I do not give refunds. (Unless I haven't started your commission or I can't do your commission, you will receive a full refund).

WORKFLOW:
Ready to start - The order/commission has been paid for (in full or partially deposited) and is awaiting to get started.
Rough Draft - Loose, rough sketch(es) or design(s) of your commission to get the general idea/concept. Can take up to a few days, depending on your order and the queue.
Clean-up - Cleaning up the mock-up with lineart, proper color, shading and/or animation (if applicable to your commission) to make your commission look good! This part takes the longest and is the last stage before final delivery!
COMPLETED - Commission is done, but waiting for the client's final say (making sure it's to their satisfaction!)!
COMPLETED - Commission is completed and delivered to the client!
